A memorable dinner with Euro-Toques at Kañoyetan

As we already know, this year, the Kañoyetan society celebrates its 125th anniversary, consolidating itself as the oldest gastronomic society in San Sebastian. To commemorate this occasion, our headquarters has hosted the Euro-Toques dinner, as a prelude to the long-awaited Diálogos de Cocina event.

Hosted by partner Ramón Roteta, more than 50 guests enjoyed a unique evening, with plenty of the most representative flavours of our cuisine. Among the featured dishes were the iconic gildas from San Sebastián, a selection of cheeses and sausages provided by partners from Castilla-La Mancha, and exquisite anchovies from Codesa.

The menu continued with a delicious zucchini cream, followed by the classic Marmitako, made with Balfegó bluefin tuna, and to top it off, the no less traditional Pantxineta from Otaegui.

A special evening that reflects the spirit of our society: tradition, good products and, above all, the passion for gastronomy shared in the best company.
