Last week we enjoyed a very special dinner at our gastronomic society with our partner Darío Gil, IBM's global vice president and director of science and research, who, as soon as he landed from his trip to the US, got to work delighting us with an authentic culinary experience.

The flavours of the land took centre stage in each dish, highlighting the gastronomic richness of the region and reminding us how fortunate we are to share these unique moments in our society in good company.
